£12BN Crown Digital Outcomes & Specialists 7 | Live Now

Crown Commercial Service has launched the next iteration of their current Digital Outcomes 6 framework and the next iteration of their current Digital Specialists and Programmes (DSP) framework. This will now operate as a combined Digital Outcomes & Specialist 7 (DOS 7) framework.

Lots are broken down as follows:

Lot 1: Digital Outcomes – Deliver discovery, alpha, beta phases of agile development into live

Lot 2: Digital Capability and Deliver Partners – Deliver urgent requirements, building capability while getting in-house resource

Lot 3: Digital Specialists – Provision of specialist(s) to deliver a specific outcome (or specific outcomes) on a service, programme and/or project or to support a Bonafide urgent need

Lot 4: User Research Studios and Participants– Provision of studio space to conduct user research and users with the right qualities to test a digital product or service

Crown Commercial Services (CCS) G-Cloud 15 Framework | £4 Billion

All public sector organisations and charities can use G-Cloud 15 to buy cloud-based computing services, including hosting, software, cloud support, and many off-the-shelf, pay-as-you-go cloud solutions.

Lots or groups the agreements might be broken into (if applicable):

 Lot 1: Cloud Hosting – This provides a platform or infrastructure services for processing and storing data, running software and networking. Cloud hosting offers the capability to deploy, manage and run software, and provides processing, storage or network resources

Lot 2: Cloud software – Offers applications that are usually accessed over the internet or private network and hosted in the cloud.

Lot 3: Cloud support – Cloud support to help set up and maintain cloud software or hosting services.

NHS SBS Hard Facilities Management 3 | £400 Million | Live Now

NHS Shared Business Services intends to put in place its 3rd generation Framework Agreement for the provision of Hard Facilities Management (and Associated Products and Services) to be used by NHS SBS Approved Organisations. NHS Shared Business Services Limited (NHS SBS) act in an Agency capacity for and on behalf of its customers (Approved Organisations) – existing and new. These comprise of NHS and Social Care organisations (whether acting individually, or on behalf of, or together as members of any consortia) along with any other public or private sector bodies which NHS SBS authorises to use the resulting Framework Agreement.

The existing agreement is coming to an end and therefore they are retendering their £400 million framework agreement for suppliers and providers to tender and join for the next 4 years.

NHS Workforce Alliance Workforce Technology Systems | £1.2 Billion | Live Now

This new £1.2 Billion framework is being brought to the market through the NHS Workforce Alliance and is a new framework for locally delivered Workforce Technology Systems. The framework seeks to continue to support the NHS Long Term Plan and Digital People Plan by providing a route to market for all software systems and digital solutions in use, to support the management, deployment and development of jobs and staff and associated reporting and analytics. The framework will set out to establish minimum standards with regards to interoperability, Service Levels, Key Performance Indicators and to support the development of the market in regards to transparency of solutions and perceived value. This is an 8 year contract!

NHS Workforce Alliance Healthcare Soloutions | £5 Billion | Opening Shortly

NHS Workforce Alliance will be inviting tenders for the establishment of a new open framework that gives the NHS and wider public sector access to sustainable and flexible workforce solutions that meet both immediate and long-term needs.

This agreement is a part of the broader portfolio of the NHS Workforce Alliance and will replace:

  • Workforce Improvement Services (RM6163)
  • Managed Staff Banks (RM6278)
  • Permanent Recruitment 2 (RM6229)
  • International Healthcare Professional Recruitment and Associated Services (RM6333)

The framework is likely to run for eight years and cover a range of services, including:

  • Outsourced staff banks and managed service solutions.
  • Bespoke workforce management plans.
  • Permanent and temporary recruitment solutions (domestic and international), including clinical and non-clinical roles.

In addition to the services above, NHS Workforce Alliance are expanding NHS workforce planning support. This includes vendor management systems for temporary staff oversight and recruitment specialists for both domestic and international hiring.

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) is due to retender its Pan Government Collaborative Agreement for the provision of Construction Professional services to be utilised by Central Government Departments and all other UK Public Sector Bodies.

  • Lot 4: International – Project & Programme Management, Engineering (Structural, M&E), Architectural design services, Digital Design Services/BIM, Cost Consultancy/Quantity surveying, Environmental & Sustainability, Health & Safety
  • Lot 5: Nuclear – Project & Programme Management Design, Engineering, Environmental & Sustainability, Safety Case Assessment, Digital Design Services/BIM
  • Lot 6: Architectural – Concept Design, Feasibility Studies, Detailed Design, Master Planning, Town Planning, Principal Designer, Landscape Architecture, Conservation & Heritage, Digital Design Services/BIM
  • Lot 7: Commercial management – Cost Planning & estimating, Value Engineering, Cost Management & reporting, Quantity surveying, Change control, Risk Management
  • Lot 8: Project management – Project Management, Programme Management, Planning & Scheduling, Risk Management, Change & Risk Management, Contract Management
  • Lot 9: Flood risk and asset management: technical services – Technical advice, independent assurance and associated services
  • Lot 10: Flood risk and asset management: environmental services – Technical advice, independent assurance and associated services
  • Lot 11: Flood risk and asset management: commercial and programme management services – Technical advice, independent assurance and associated services

Crown Commercial Services – Courier, Distribution, Storage and Specialist Solutions.

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) as the Authority intends to put in place a Pan Government Collaborative Agreement for the provision of Courier, Distribution, Storage and Specialist Solutions to be utilised by Central Government Departments and all other UK Public Sector Bodies, including Local Authorities, Health, Police, Fire and Rescue, Education, Third Sector and Devolved Administrations. It is intended that this commercial agreement will be the recommended vehicle for all Courier, Distribution, Storage and Specialist Solutions required by UK Central Government Departments.

Courier, Distribution, Storage and Specialist Solutions. Additional information: It is the intention that this procurement will be constructed into Lots.

Key service elements will be:

● International movements, storage and inbound freight services

● Customs clearance
